We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Returns
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To request an exchange contact our support team with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for. If the requested item is available we will process the exchange and ship it to you at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without original tags
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Our team will provide you with the next steps and a return shipping label where applicable.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
