How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days. Expedited takes 2–3 business days. Express takes 1–2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been shipped we may be able to update your address. Contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.
My tracking has not updated in several days. What should I do?
Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed by the carrier. If there has been no update for more than 3 business days contact our support team and we will look into it.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Yes. We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Contact our support team with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for.
What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
Contact our support team immediately with your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that the order is already being processed and we are unable to make changes.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your shipping details, and access your order history at any time.
Will I receive a confirmation after placing my order?
Yes. A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox immediately after your order is placed. If you do not receive it within a few minutes check your spam folder.

A product I want is out of stock. Will it come back?
We restock popular items regularly. If a product is out of stock you can contact our support team to ask about availability.

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment providers. We do not store your payment details.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Prices are displayed in USD. Your bank or payment provider will handle the currency conversion based on the current exchange rate.
