How to Measure Yourself
Foot Length Stand on a flat surface with your heel against a wall. Measure the distance from the wall to the tip of your longest toe. Use this measurement to find your size in the chart below.
Chest Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal.
Waist Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.
Hips Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
